I finally went to San Marino, an independent Republic inside Italy. :)
I was in Iceland for an unforgettable week in February 2013, where I was so lucky to see the most amazing Northern Lights ever!

I've been to Switzerland many times, as it's very close to Italy.
Lugano is definitely the place I visited most, in the Italian side of Switzerland.
